For over 50 years, HÜPPE has been a recognizable name in bathroom comfort and innovation. As the first company on the German market for bathroom culture, HÜPPE needed a transformation that matched its status as an industry leader. We took on the task of redefining HÜPPE as a living brand, one that evolves and responds to market and customer demands. This concept shaped the brand’s purpose, narrative, and positioning.
In an onsite discovery workshop with various HÜPPE stakeholders, we set out to understand the essence of the brand and envision its future. With the insights gained, we later defined the brand’s strategy. This involved transforming HÜPPE from a mere shower enclosure manufacturer into an innovative leader in bathing experiences.
