MILES AND MORE

What does the future hold for the Miles and More frequent flyer program? Miles and More came to us with this exciting question. The stated goal: the further development of the well-known rewards and loyalty program for frequent flyers – into a comprehensive premium loyalty program driven by digital services. Based on the Future State scenario, selected ideas for the various touchpoints were tested in several design sprints.

1. Problem framing & sprint planning

First, we will define problems and plan the sprint and next steps.

2. Discover & Empathise

The first day is spent defining goals, clarifying contexts, and exploring opportunities.

3. Ideate & Decide

On the second day we will develop ideas. We will sort the ideas and decide on a direction.

4. Design & Prototype

Next, we will design and go more into the details. Then we will build prototypes.

5. Test & Review

Prototypes are then tested and user feedback is gathered. The design is adapted and next steps are defined.
