Great work
needs a great environment.

We found ours in a converted brewery cooperative between Berlin-Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, right in the creative heart of Berlin. Situated among a carpenter’s workshop, printing studios and the Wim Wenders foundation, our bright and spacious office offers us the room we need to think bigger. We have designed it as an open plan office, with enough space to experiment with a 3D printer and VR equipment, and also fitting in a classroom and a kitchen area.


From daily stand-ups to think-and-drink events, from Cine Moto movie nights to our Workshop in the Woods, an annual team retreat held in the forests of Mark Brandenburg, from team breakfasts to Inside Moto industry talks: whenever we need a new format to improve our thinking, we invent what’s missing.

Growing. Together.

Together we grow beyond ourselves. Work on new forms of working, design utopias, change the world around us. With respect for each other. Less so for the status quo. We’re ready to make mistakes and learn from them. We take playfulness seriously. We’re constantly learning, with passion and attention to detail.
