We develop modern AI solutions that help companies make their brand and their digital experiences smarter, more efficient, and more user-centered. This includes conversational and agentic AI approaches, which we support from initial feasibility studies all the way to scalable, enterprise-wide applications. Some of our previous solutions have already received awards and are now on their way to becoming holistic agentic AI platforms that go far beyond traditional chatbots.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an AI Product Lead who can manage projects in a structured way while also bringing the technical understanding needed to design modern agentic systems and data structures.

Your tasks:

Agentic AI Architecture & Concept Development

• Conception of multi-agent systems and toolchains
• Design of orchestrator architectures (tbd.; currently we use n8n, Cognigy, Azure AI Studio, and Weavy)
• Planning data flows, storage strategies, data layers
• Integration of third-party systems (APIs, streams, webhooks, DBs)
• Architecture for dashboards, logging & monitoring

Prototyping & PoC Development

• Rapid feasibility prototypes in n8n, Cognigy, Langdock, Make, or similar tools
• Documentation of agent logic, tool calls, and workflows
• Handover to engineers and quality assurance

Product & Project Management

• Structuring requirements (work packages, epics, user stories)
• Developing product roadmaps, planning releases, prioritizing
• Stakeholder management, regular client meetings
• Effort estimation, budgeting, proposal support
• End-to-end project responsibility
• Developing a product from initial concept to market readiness and beyond

Team & Recruiting

• Identifying required roles (backend, prompting, etc.)
• Coordinating small delivery teams

Your profile

Must-haves:

• Professional experience as an AI Project Lead, Product Owner, Technical PM, Solutions Architect, or similar
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems & APIs
• Experience with orchestrators (n8n, Make, Cognigy, LangGraph, Langdock)
• Strong conceptual & analytical skills
• Solid project management (Scrum/Kanban)
• Excellent communication skills (DE/EN)

Nice-to-haves

• Conversational AI background
• B2B SaaS experience
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/Python
• UX understanding (dashboards, admin UIs)
