To strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for an experienced and creative Design Director whose vision and passion will take our projects to the next level.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You think strategically and develop creative ideas for brands and digital products

• You design design routes and develop new, flexible brand identities

• You deliver presentations, workshops, and keynote talks

• You oversee the creation of holistic design systems for all relevant touchpoints

• You collaborate closely with our UX lead on comprehensive user journeys

• You independently lead a small team and clients

• You guide and inspire your team through coaching and insights, recognizing development potential

• You prepare proposals, briefings, and provide strategic advice to our clients

WHAT YOU BRING:

• At least 8 years of experience in the digital branding world, with leadership experience

• Comfortable taking a leading creative role both front and center and behind the scenes

• You stand for excellent design and have a strong sense for brands in digital environments

• Hands-on mentality, respectful and strong in communication

• You impress with a positive, business-minded attitude and personal commitment

• Confident and professional in presentations and workshops (in German and English)

• Capable of identifying clients’ challenges, advising them, and driving development

As an intern, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team and have the opportunity to work on exciting, innovative design projects. In an inspiring atmosphere in the heart of Berlin, you’ll help develop excellent, brand-appropriate user experience solutions for web, mobile, new reality, and voice interfaces.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Enrolled in a degree program (from the 4th semester, mandatory internship)

• Curiosity and openness toward new technologies

• Excellent communication skills

• Initial experience in the conception and/or design of interactive applications

• A strong command of both German and English is expected
